CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF IRONMEN DISCIPLE’S PATH & GOD’S FAITHFULNESS
Join us for the 20th Annual IronMen Disciple’s Path Retreat, a milestone celebration of “20 Years of Impact and God’s Faithfulness.” From May 1 through May 3, 2025, we will gather for worship, fellowship, testimonies, and teaching that will inspire and strengthen every man’s journey of faith.
The experience begins Thursday, May 1, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Rock Church Community Room. This free kickoff evening includes a hearty dinner, uplifting music from Steve Antti and the Man Band, and powerful reflections from Pastor Ronnie Holderby, Elder Rick Holderby, and Pastor George Runyan. Friday and Saturday, May 2–3, at Rough Acres Ranch will offer shared meals, meaningful sessions, and plenty of fellowship. Whether you attend the entire event or join us on select days, you’ll find an encouraging opportunity to grow closer to God and one another.
A Men's Gathering
Join us at the Rock Church Community Room on Thursday, May 1, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM for the kickoff to our 20th Annual IronMen Disciple’s Path Retreat. Enjoy a meal, uplifting worship led by Steve Antti and the Man Band, and inspiring reflections from Pastor Ronnie Holderby, Elder Rick Holderby, and Pastor George Runyan.
It’s a free event, and registration is required to help us plan for dinner. Come connect with friends old and new, celebrate two decades of faith-building ministry, and learn how we can continue sharpening one another in our walks with God.

Join us Friday and Saturday, May 2–3, 2025, at Rough Acres Ranch for the 20th Annual IronMen Disciple’s Path Retreat. Immerse yourself in two days of worship, fellowship, and teaching focused on “20 Years of Impact and God’s Faithfulness.” Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy shared meals, engaging messages from Pastor Ronnie Holderby, Elder Rick Holderby, and Pastor George Runyan, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other men on their faith journeys.
Whether you need refreshment, encouragement, or a deeper walk with God, this retreat will provide a meaningful space to strengthen your spirit and build lasting friendships. An optional overnight stay is available through Sunday morning, allowing extra time for reflection before heading home. Come experience what God has in store as we celebrate two decades of IronMen Disciple’s Path Ministry!

Pastor Ronnie Holderby
Ronnie Holderby, Pastor/Elder at The Rock Church, overcame crisis by devoting his life to Christ. For 20+ years, he’s guided men as godly leaders. Married 45+ years, he finds joy sharing God’s transforming grace and serving the Lord wholeheartedly.
Elder Rick Holderby
An Elder at Pine Valley Christian Church, Rick Holderby helps men grow as spiritual leaders through IronMen Disciple’s Path. He has authored multiple study guides and, with his wife of 48+ years, Darlene, passionately mentors believers to follow Christ.
Pastor George Runyan
Ordained since 1973, George Runyan holds advanced theology degrees and founded City Church Ministries. Passionate about unity across churches and communities, he has planted congregations globally. George and his wife, Becky, serve in the San Diego region.
